This is one of the easiest dinner recipes we have. Granted, this isn’t the most awesome tasting recipe on the blog, but it’s good enough to eat again.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced (we use half an onion)
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. chicken broth, unsalted
- 2 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey, onion, and garlic
- Drain
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Until cabbage is tender.
